The Challenge: Satisfying beginning to end requirements within a fixed budget
The client had an idea of what they wanted their video to look like but needed help shaping the narrative and message. They were looking for a beginning-to-end solution that included conceptualization, filming, and editing of raw footage into a finished product.

Sadly, they didn’t have any video equipment, and their budget was set budget. Additionally, the staff’s time was precious, so we had to think creatively to interview them without disrupting their work.
The Solution: Communication with the client and extending our availability
Once we were awarded the job, we pointed out some of the unforeseen issues that could crop up during filming and assisted them to frame the interview questions. We also had to be flexible with the schedules of the different people getting interviewed.

Consequently, we ended up working a more extended day than planned to film everything needed, which saved us from coming back for another day of shooting. As a result, all the interview videos were completed within the budgeted time (of one to two days), and we were able to turn around videos for review within a week for further client modifications. The client was overjoyed with the outcome as it met their requirement and targetted the people it was supposed to.
